What if I don’t like the scent I ordered?
No worries. We understand that fragrance can develop differently on everyone's skin. If the scent isn't quite right for you, contact us within 30 days and we'll work with you to find a solution.
For best results, try applying to slightly damp skin after showering, as this helps the scent develop and last longer.
Do you offer returns or refunds?
Most dogs show improvement within a week, but this can vary depending on the dog and its stress level.
How to use
Pheromones are a blend of fatty acids. Our products also contain a solvent, so the pheromones can be spread properly through a spray or diffuser.
Is it greasy or heavy like normal lotions?
Place the diffusers in the rooms where your dog spends the most time, like the living room, kitchen or bedroom.
Is it safe for sensitive skin?
To get the best effect, it's best to leave the diffuser plugged in continuously. If you see dust building up, unplug it and follow the cleaning instructions in the manual.
Why is it only $35 if it smells like a $300 cologne?
We recommend replacing the refill every 30 days or as soon as it's empty. Replace the unit itself after 6 months of use or after three refills, whichever comes first.
What makes Penrose Skin different from cologne?
Yes, a light scent is normal when the diffuser warms up. If the smell is too strong, get in touch with customer service.
How long does shipping take?
Yes, Pupr pheromones are only detected by dogs and are completely safe for other pets.
